Intelligence type

I am a visual learner, a visual learn is someone how learns better when there is a picture, video or even right for them to see. One reason I think that helps is that I can read the directions over and over so I know what were doing.  As I expected the second one is kinesthetic or doing things with your hands. Its all active and I mean active if they do anything active they learn it best, some examples are holding some thing, moving and even working with paper an pencil. I think we all know whats last, sitting and just paying attention, I seem to not be able to just sit and listen, some people think is because of my ADHD (attention and hypprness disorder) but I think its because I just cant do it nether can some others, that doesn't mean they have ADHD too. But a way I can improve it is first learning how to learn actively. Then i`ll practice, everyday at school, to see if I can do this.
